TECHNICAL FAQ
We apologise if you are experiencing technical difficulties with the Wilkinet website.
Some of these problems can be rectified by changing the settings on your own computer
so please check the questions listed below to see whether there is a way to resolve
the issue before contacting Wilkinet to report a problem.

If the issue is not resolved in the information below, please contact us
to give us details of the problem. If you could provide the following information it would be most
helpful in resolving the issue:
- The broswer software and version you are using
- The computer and operating system you are using
- Where in the site you were when the error occurred
- What you were attempting on the website at the time the error occurred
- Any error message displayed
Questions:
- I tried to add an item to my shopping cart but my shopping cart is still empty.
- I have clicked either the Purchase Now or the Make Purchase button but all I get is "The page cannot be displayed. Cannot find server or DNS Error".
- I have clicked either the Purchase Now or the Make Purchase button but all I get is the following error "An error occurred in the secure channel support".
Answers:
- I tried to add an item to my shopping cart but my shopping cart is still empty.
It is most likely that cookies are the cause of this problem. For the shopping cart to remember what
has been placed in it, your browser must have cookies enabled. See your browser's Help files for
details on how to check your cookie/privacy settings. In Internet Explorer 6, the Privacy setting should be
set to Medium or Low.

There may be a problem with the way your computer is trying to access secure areas of the
Wilkinet website as well as other websites. This may be due to the fact that you are accessing
the internet via a company Proxy Server. Microsoft have acknowledged this problem and a solution

If you can connect to other secure sites successfully and the Wilkinet site is the only one that is causing
a problem, please contact us.
